Lee Kian Soon

Lee Kian Soon is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Astral Asset Management Pte Ltd. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in investment, asset management and fund management in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Astral Asset Management, Kian Soon was the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Mingly Corporation Singapore Pte Ltd. Mr. Lee joined Mingly Corporation Singapore Pte Ltd. in March 2007 as a founding member in establishing the company’s financial advisory and investment office in Singapore, and he was responsible for the overall operation and business development of the Singapore office. From 2012 – September 2014, Mr. Lee was registered as a Responsible Officer (RO) with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for License 4 (Advising for Securities) and License 9 (Asset Management). He was awarded the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI) Specialist Certificates for Securities, Corporate Finance and Asset Management. Mr. Lee has also served as an independent, non-executive Director for 3 hedge funds from 2011 to 2014.
Kian Soon worked for McKinsey & Company and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. He holds a First Class Honours, Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London, UK, as well as an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Peking University, China.
Kian Soon currently volunteers as the Deputy Chairman and director at AMKFSC Community Services Ltd. AMKFSC is a leading community-based social service agency, which provides a holistic range of services to support children, youths, families and seniors at multiple touchpoints across Singapore. He was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2023 for his contributions to AMKFSC.

Mr. Sean Mah is the Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director of Astral Asset Management Pte. Ltd.
Prior to joining Astral Asset Management, Sean was the Investment Director of Mingly Singapore Pte Ltd till Oct 2014. During his time with Mingly Singapore, Sean managed the funds for Mingly Singapore as well as the managed accounts of the High Net Worth Individuals. In addition, he provided consultancy services to a hedge fund based in Hong Kong.
Sean worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers Singapore as an auditor. He holds a First Class Honours Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a member of the CFA Institute and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
