We are an investment management company that offers investors an opportunity to participate in the growth of the Asia region through our flagship Astral Value Fund VCC.

We are Value Investors.

Astral Value Fund VCC aims to compound wealth over time by achieving returns comparable to long-run equity returns with lesser risk than the overall market. To achieve our aim, we believe that pursuing a long-term value investing strategy and holding a portfolio of mainly long-only equities, bonds, and cash will help us to reach our goal.

Eligibility

Based in Singapore, we are a registered fund management company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Our fund is only open to Accredited Investors.

Under The Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017, an individual is eligible to be an Accredited Investor in the following 3 situations:

1. the individual’s net personal assets exceed S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency), subject to the condition that the value of the individual’s primary residence (after deducting any outstanding amounts in respect of any credit facility that is secured by the residence from the estimated fair market value of the residence) can only account for up to S$1 million of the individual’s net personal assets; or

2. the individual’s financial assets (net of any related liabilities) exceed S$1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or

3. the individual’s income in the preceding 12 months is not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency).

Joint Account Holders – If an individual holds a joint account with an AI, that individual would also be treated as an AI in respect of dealings through that joint account.
